2025 Bodensee IP Forum on 18 September 2025

This year’s edition of the Bodensee IP Forum will take place on 18 September 2025 and will address topics concerning the Unified Patent Court (UPC). While last year’s edition of the Bodensee IP Forum already touched upon several aspects of the Unified Patent Court, this year’s edition will focus more on the Unified Patent Court and its case law up until now.

As an innovative cross-border court system for patent disputes within the European Union, the Unified Patent Court took up its work on 1 June 2023. It makes it possible to centrally enforce and challenge European patents with effect in many EU Member States.

The Unified Patent Court has soon developed into Europe’s most significant patent court and plays a key role in international disputes.
