The 2024 Bodensee IP Forum took place on 10 October 2024 at the premises of the law firm Thum & Partner at Hofhalde 1 in Constance.

The topics covered included experiences with integrated IP management with a focus on client benefit, the use of artificial intelligence in patent searches, software protection, the Unified Patent Court and various early experiences with it, and assessments of the Unified Patent Court from US and Swiss perspectives.
